At the Star Flight Camp in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, five low-altitude flight service packages are currently available for visitors to get a bird's-eye view of the snow mountain, Baisha old town and the Old Town of Lijiang.
Every day, the campground accommodates at least 50-60 travelers in the off-season and at maximum nearly 300 visitors in the current peak season.
Currently, the city is engaging the increasingly relaxation-seeking travelers with offering of diverse new tourism products.
A sightseeing train ride leading to Yulong Snow Mountain now replaces the past means of transport and allows visitors to directly reach the glacier park while appreciating the colorful flowers and spectacular pastures along the way.
A train trip connects major scenic attractions in Lijiang, including the Old Town of Lijiang, Baisha old town, Jade Water Village and Dongba Valley. Visitors can enjoy diverse views of four seasons, featuring wetland meadows, flower seas, blue jade-like lakes, cliffs and valleys, and snow mountains and glaciers as well.
Apart from this, wedding photo shooting in dozens of natural scenic areas and popular built-up scenarios prevails in Lijiang together with travels accompanied by local coffee and the exciting Baisha Coffee Museum-exploring journeys.
Folklore music season, Dongba Culture-themed study tours, and outdoor camping and hiking are also broadly applauded by visitors to Lijiang alongside the newly-launched Lugu Lake poem and song season, pet life festival, cultural creatives festival, electronic music festival, and torch carnivals.
This summer, the city is welcoming friends from near and far to experience the 20℃ cool summer and its great enthusiasm, said Yin Liang, deputy head of Lijiang Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism.
